You can buy tickets online and make a reservation up to TWO hours before each tour by using the BUY TICKETS button on our homepage. If it is within two hours of the tour call 423-756-3825 to see if there are any seats available. 100% of our seats are available online. We sell out quite a bit so if you really want to go, book online. If the weather is bad, call that day to check the status of your tour to see if it is cancelled. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your trip for any reason, especially weather.
We take advance reservations for groups of 15 or more anytime by phone. Call to make your group reservation and to get the group price.

There are seven steps to climb to board the duck. They will not accommodate a wheelchair. We have staff available to assist anyone who needs help boarding or has difficulties with steps.

There are no refunds once the duck reaches the river. If a trip is interrupted for any reason after that you may receive a rain check good for one year from that date.

Convenient downtown parking is available near the departure location. Parking is not free at our location. However, there are plenty of paid parking locations all around us. The street meters are free after 6 p.m. and on Sunday and holidays.
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early, especially during peak season.

Each amphibious vehicle holds 24 pax a limited number of passengers to keep the experience interactive and fun.

Yes, infants do very well, in fact, because of the noise and vibration they usually fall asleep, otherwise, they have a great time. The price is $5.

We ask that you arrive one hour prior to your cruise start time. The reason for this is because we are in the middle of two major interstates that backup frequently, we are five minutes from a time zone change, and humans tend to run late.
Also, remember that we are located in the Eastern Time Zone! You may pass through the Central time zone getting to us, but we are located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Yes, alcohol is available for purchase, however, you must have a valid ID to make a purchase.

Please remember the Chattanooga ducks are NON-SMOKING VESSELS. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the vessel at any time. Our dockside vessel, Pier 2, the vessel which you use to board the Chattanooga ducks, allows smoking outside, so use this time to smoke before hopping on the boat.
